Kalbir Gill
BDS Birmingham 2002
GDC Number: 81078
I am the practice principal, having taken over the running of the practice in 2016. After qualifying from Birmingham in 2002, I worked in dental practices around the Midlands and opened my first practice in my home town of Walsall in 2008.
Within dentistry I enjoy working with nervous patients and giving them the confidence to become regular attenders that actually look forward to their next appointment. I have also gained a lot of experience in cosmetic procedures such as teeth straightening and enjoy helping patients on their journey to a beautiful smile.
Most of my time away from work is taken up keeping two young children entertained. I have recently taken up running, but am not yet ready for a marathon.

I have been at the practice since 2003 and really love the sense of community in Oakhill. Over the years I have seen many patients grow through different stages of their life and have felt privileged to be able to take care of their needs and help them wherever possible.
I recently completed a year long course in Restorative Dentistry at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute, which immensely improved my skills and the advanced treatments I can offer.
At home I enjoy sports (including playing tennis and badminton), foreign travel and reading, mainly autobiographies.
Lisa Smith
GDC Number: 5534
I have worked at Grosvenor Dental Practice since qualifying in 1999, and prior to that I was a Dental Nurse here.
I absolutely love helping my patients. Dentistry is not just about teeth and gums, but also about looking after YOU. There are many factors that can affect your teeth and gums, whether it be everyday stresses and strains, medical conditions or just needing a little help with your oral hygiene routine.
Airflow therapy is the most effective way of removing harmful bacteria from your mouth. This is available to all clients (subject to medical assessment) at every maintenance visit, with no extra charge to all our plan patients.

Lindsey Cartwright
I began my dental nursing career in 1977 at Grosvenor Dental Practice back when it was under a previous ownership. Since then, I’ve gained experience working in a variety of dental settings and returning to Grosvenor has been a very positive and rewarding experience.
Outside of work I enjoy baking, walking my dog and spending time outdoors, especially looking after my retired pony.
